Few things to be noted:

  • Introduce one food item at a time and give it for few days to see if baby has allergic reaction or not.

  • If baby has got allergy of any particular food item stop giving it to baby and contact the pediatrician.

  • Few symptoms of allergy are vomitting, diarrhea and rashes.

  • It is not necessary that each fruit or vegetable need to be introduced accordingly, it is ok if you introduce any fruit later but never give it early. E.g: citrus fruits need to be introduced only after 10 months. It is ok if you introduce at 12 months.

While feeding baby follow these simple techniques.
